Fundamentals

New to CrossFit or high intensity group classes? This is a great place to start. 

The Fundamentals program is a special 5-class, one-on-one experience designed with you in mind. We know starting something new can feel daunting, so we’ve crafted this course to teach you the essentials of CrossFit—its methodology, foundational movements, and core principles—in a supportive, personalized setting.


Our goal is to help you lower any anxiety, boost your confidence, and equip you with the tools to thrive once you transition into group classes.


Once you graduate, your first month of Unlimited CrossFit is FREE! By the time you move to the group classes you will have the knowledge, and skillset to get the most out of every WOD (Workout of the Day).
